Judy Moody and her brother Stink have arrived at MCC! In our newest musical, Judy Moody and Stink, this dynamic sister and brother duo take audiences on a hilarious adventure. As usual, Judy is in a mood. After seeing her classmate’s picture on the front page of the newspaper, Judy wants to be famous and sets off to find fame and happiness. All the while, Stink and his foul-smelling sneakers become a real distraction as he vies for the coveted Golden Clothespin Award. Judy Moody and Stink are the perfect pair for their imperfect capers that lead to fun, mystery, sibling rivalry, and, in the end, true friendship.

One Small Step is an orchestra-and-dance program like no other! The Demetrius Klein Dance Company will bring to life four exciting pieces of all-American music, played by Palm Beach Symphony. This is an interactive concert for Elementary school students in which they will literally take part in exploring such scientific concepts as the Earth’s rotation, gravity and telescope viewing to a powerful Copland fanfare and the soaring themes of Star Wars. They will share the adventure with a very special resident of Earth’s satellite, Rocky de Luna, an inquisitive moon rock.

Winner of the NAACP Award for “Best Ensemble,” Black Angels Over Tuskegee, written by Layon Gray, is a true story of the Tuskegee Airmen. Black Angels Over Tuskegee is a powerful and moving off-Broadway play about real life World War II heroes and the prejudice they endured.

This new musical adaptation is based on the beloved and bestselling Scholastic Publishing series,The Magic School Bus. When the class gets lost on the way to the planetarium, Ms. Frizzle saves the day by blasting into outer space for an epic interplanetary field trip! But when rivalries both old and new threaten to tear the students apart, our young heroes must learn to pull together or risk getting forever lost in the solar system.

The enchanting Holiday ballet that has enthralled audiences of all ages for over a century is back! Ballet Etudes of South Florida proudly presents its 45th Anniversary performance of The Nutcracker with international guest stars and a cast of over 100 dancers. This magical production features lavish sets and scenery, colorful costuming, exquisite lighting, superb choreography and delightful theatrical effects. The Nutcracker is under the direction of Artistic Director, Susana Prieto.
